When you come to the trailer or shop location, you agree to follow local parking laws and not obstruct other people or block the pavement.
We reserve the right to remove users without recourse.
Any prize, reward or promotions run by us will be governed by the particular terms and conditions for that prize promotion.
Returns & Refunds:
If you make an order of something we do not have in stock, the out-of-stock items will be refunded and you will be sent an automated email to let you know exactly what has been refunded.
Orders that are undeliverable (we could not find a safe, dry, pet-free place to leave it) will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Items may be returned within 14 days of the sale under UK law. We unfortunately cannot accept returns of food or personal hygiene products (including sanitary wear) unless they are not fit for consumption/use on arrival to the customer. If the exterior packaging is damaged please photograph before opening and email (address below) along with photographs of any damaged items inside.
For non food items the following conditions apply:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of arrival at the customers expense (unless damaged or faulty) to the office address below, or to our shop during opening hours.
- Items must be unused
- Please provide a reason for return
- Contact us stating which items you are returning and by which means
- Once we have received the returned items we will initiate a refund via the purchase method (PayPal/Debit/Credit Card etc)
Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and show in your account.
Delivery Addresses:
Please leave delivery notes specifying where you would like us to leave your parcel if you are not in. If no note is left, we will look for a safe covered space on your property, or leave it with a neighbour.
If you have a pet that is likely to eat/damage the parcel or threaten our delivery staff PLEASE LET US KNOW. As food products are generally packaged in paper for delivery, food smells will escape and can be appealing for animals. We can’t be held responsible for any damage to animals or our products on your property unless you leave an order note informing us of any animals that might cause problems and telling us how to safely deliver the package.
Allergic Reaction Policy:
Food products – please check the product description for allergy advice. It is your responsibility to carefully read the ingredients listed for any products you may be allergic to. Single-ingredient products may not have a separate ingredients list. Although care is taken not to cross contaminate products, we can’t take responsibility for the entire product chain. Due to the nature of compostable packaging we recommend separating orders if you are buying something that you (or someone in your family) are highly allergic to.
Skincare products – everyone’s skin is different and as with all skincare, reactions are possible. Due to this we are not responsible for any reaction as this is down to the individual’s skin not the product itself. With any form of skincare or cosmetics always do a patch test and wait 24 hours, if an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice if severe. All of the ingredients are on the product page, read them carefully to make sure you don’t have a known allergy to a specific ingredient.
Possible cross contamination – The following potential allergens may have come in contact with your order/ product in transport, packing or production: Gluten, Oats, Wheat, Peanuts, Soya, Milk, Nuts, Sesame, Sulphur Dioxide
Refill Foods:
All our food refill products are weighed and packaged at our refill shop. Your food items will be packaged in biodegradable/compostable packaging before placing in a brown paper bag which will be sealed. If refillable containers are provided by you, it is your responsibility to keep your container as hygienic as possible to avoid any chances of infection or illnesses.
If you have scented products in your order and wish for your food products to be packaged separately please notify us immediately before your order is processed, we can’t be held responsible for smell cross contamination. If you don’t want your food products packing with non food items then please use a separate order. Refunds can not be given for smell cross contamination.
